It's a takeoff on Gone with the Wind where Butterfly McQueen said: "I don't know nothin' about birfing babies." I don't know nothing about birfing babies." That's what this is a takeoff on, with Condoleezza Rice, "I don't know nunthin' about aluminum tubes... "I don't know nunthin' about aluminum tubes..."
